Refund & Return Policy – Hinexgen Store

At Hinexgen Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products (if opened or used)

  • Perishable goods

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

If you need an exchange, contact us with clear photos of the issue.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
